Bathroom Design Inspiration

It's gotta pass the vibe check

When you finally find the perfect home, you want to do everything you can (within your budget) to make it your own. It's exciting and can be overwhelming because the options are endless. Between countless pins of inspiration on Pinterest and ideas from friends and family, you may not know where to turn.

Your bathroom is one design space that is a key feature of any home. It should be designed to be your sanctuary. It should be tied together with the rest of the "vibes" of your home.

Like we said, "it's gotta pass the vibe check". Don't worry, we're here to help you.

Beautifully Beige

Beige is always a wonderful paint choice because it's warm, inviting, and neutral enough to add pops of color throughout.

We love the idea of adding plants throughout the home, including the bathroom as we see here. If you don't have any windows, you can add a ZZ Plant or another low-light plant there to add some greenery.

Recommended Paint Colors:

▪️Barcelona Beige by Sherwin William

▪️Slipper Satin by Farrow & Ball

Blue Tones

We're getting all the European feels here! Check out this brass faucet and marble sink. 😍 Are you thinking of Italy, too?

If you love something a little more moody and modern, you should try something like this.

Recommended Paint Colors:

▪️Mysterious by Benjamin Moore

▪️Naval by Sherwin Williams

Whimsically White

The clean look of white walls can be refreshing and not as stark as some may think. Before you think that everyone does that, keep on reading.

You can add touches of patterns in the floor tiles if you're looking to stay neutral on the walls or on an accent wall where you can add temporary wallpaper.

Recommended Paint Colors:

▪️Chantilly Lace by Benjamin Moore

▪️Bit Of Sugar by Behr

perfectly Pink

Gorgeous wooden shelves will allow you to tiny small details to your space that your guests will love. Clustered bud vases and unique planters can be found at IKEA or thrift stores like Savers.

The light pink color on the walls adds that touch of warmth your space may need if you have limited lighting. However, you can be bold and use a salmon or magenta color, too!

Recommended Paint Colors:

▪️Calamine by Farrow & Ball

▪️Coral Reef by Sherwin Williams

▪️Deep Sunset by Valspar

...But wait there's more!

  • Wall tile is another fantastic way to add a pop of color. We've seen temporary wall tiles if you have a fear of commitment (don't worry, we can understand that, too. It's a big decision!)

  • Another way to change up your bathroom's palette is with patterned or colorful wallpaper — and with today's removable options it can be quite simple to install, too. We've seen them at Target or on Etsy.

  • Light fixtures and plumbing fixtures can go beyond metallic finishes. A matte black faucet can be the ideal accent in any bathroom — or mix things up with a colorful wall sconce.
