We're Here When You Need Us

Whether this is the first or fifth home you're selling, our team is here to help you through the process every step of the way.

1. The Start

We will book an in-home appointment so we can get a tour and you can tell us about the home. We'll go into specifics like which improvements you've made, what made you love the home, and we'll ask your plans moving forward once your home sells.

We know COVID-19 has been present in all our lives for the past year. Here's what we are doing to keep you safe.

2. What's next?

After this, we are happy to do these remaining steps virtually should you choose to do that. Everything that is to be signed will be done so electronically. We will set up a time with Digital Media Director, Corey Sherman, to take gorgeous photos of your home, highlighting the key details every buyer is going to want to see. After having the privilege of spending time with you and having you show us around your home, we’ll take that back and put together a thorough analysis of your home, so we can advise on a pricing strategy to fit best in this market


3. Getting it on the market

Once the paperwork has been signed, we will set everything up for you with our team here to get your listing looking beautiful! Not only will it be included a gorgeous listing page, but it will also have its own Featured Listing page that will be displayed on our home page. We will also promote your home to over 10,000 people on Facebook and Instagram so they will see your home's best features.

4. Let's Get those showings!

Now that the previous steps have been checked off, it's time to get the showings booked. Right now, we do them by appointment only, which looks a little different than it has in the past. Don't worry, everyone wears a mask and will be socially distanced. Once we receive those offers, it's time to negotiate and come to an agreement. 

 

5. It's happening...now what?

It's time to have the home inspection! From here, you'll be required to select an attorney to represent you as a seller. An appraisal will be ordered by the lender and the smoke inspection will be done as well. Who's ready to call the moving company?


6. The final countdown 😃

The final steps are near! It's time to schedule the movers. We recommend calling all the utility companies (electric, cable, etc) to switch out of your name as of the closing date. There's only one more thing to do now...
